25.05.2010 : Dr.Yamani participated in the international Conference on pipelines transporting multi products organized by NAFTAL at Hilton Hotel. He contributed with a presentation entitled: Inspection des canalizations par voie d’ondes ultrasonores guides”.

An exhibition was held and TESC had a stand. The PDG of SONATRACH and the PDG of NAFTAL both inaugurated the exhibition.

16.07.2010:
Dr. Carlos Palacios Vice President of TESC International and Dr. Ahmed Yamani president of TESC International gave a ptresentation of services to BP ( British Petroleum in Hassi Messaoud on July 14, 2010.

The two fields of Ain Saleh and Ain Amenass were connected vis a teleconferencing facilities to watch the presentation and discuss the services offered by TESC International.

23.11.2009:
Dr. Ahmed Yamani and Mr. Gary Penney (Vice President of TESCI) have given a service presentations to the “Groupement ORHOOD” in Hassi Messaoud. The presentation was instantaneously transmitted to the field in ORHOOD via optical cable.

This presentation outlined advanced NDT services such as Long Range Guided ultrasonic Testing (LRGUT), Phased Array, Intank Robotic Technology which is owned by TESC Partner in Houston and it is unique in its nature as it cleans and inspect above ground storage tanks without taking them out of service.

09.02.2010:
The President of TESCI gave a presentation of services to the “Direction de Reparation des Canalisations” DRC- SONATRACH in ARZEW. He focused on the use of the technique LRGUT to inspect unpiggable pipelines in service.

He outlined the limitation of the techniques and emphasized on the importance of the operator.

10.02.2010:
Dr. Yamani gave a one day workshop on advanced NDT techniques to the Division Recherche & Technologie, Activité: AVAL, SONATRACH in ARZEW. A large audience was present from different SONATRACH Branches.The themes covered were, LRGUT, SpiderWrap, ACFM, Digital Radiography, NACE Direct assessment ( ECDA, ICDA) and a questions and answered followed the workshop.

Participant were very satisfied and recommend that such activities should be repeated in the future.

20.04.2010:
The company NAFTAL, Department Carburant invited Dr. Yamani to give a presentation at their headquarter in Dar El Beida, Algiers on the inspection of pipeline and storage tanks.

Many engineers from different NAFTAL departments were present.

Dr. Carlos and Dr. Yamani gave a presentation to justify the technical proposal submitted to GRTG Spa, SONELGAZ for the AO no. 22.

GRTG engineers were very satisfied and approved TESCI strategy in tackling the problem.

Dr. Yamani participated in the 5^th International Symposium on Hydrocarbons and chemistry organized by INH ( Boumerdes) in Sidi Fredj between May 23 to 25, 2010.

Dr. Yamani presented two papers entitled: “Pipeline NDT: Advanced techniques versus Conventional” and the second contribution was on : Corrosion under insulation evaluation using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy”.

An exhibition was held parallel to the Symposium and TESC had a stand beside TOTAL at the Marsa Hotel.
